Jacob Olsen is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Orange County, California. He currently works in an outpatient Telehealth setting performing medication management and psychotherapy. Jacob has a background as an emergency room nurse, and upon graduating from Charles Drew University with his Masters degree, he specialized in crisis management. He has a wide variety of experience and uses his skill set to give reliable and client-focused care. He enjoys working with clients of diverse backgrounds. Jacob’s mission is to create a safe and comfortable environment for all of his clients and wants to be there to listen and hear them. Jacob is passionate about practicing therapeutic and preventative interventions to achieve positive mental health outcomes as well as treating the whole individual through an integrative practice.

I'm Rachel, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Orange County, California. I graduated from Charles Drew University with my Masters degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My background as a neonatal intensive care nurse has made me a solution-oriented, responsive, and empathetic provider. My goal is for my clients to feel safe and understood. I am collaborative with my clients and create a personalized treatment plan that is both evidence based, and patient centered.I believe in setting attainable goals, and helping my clients achieve them. I want my clients to feel empowered to continue their mental health journey, and knowing they can have a provider they can depend on.
